Certified Wildlife Biologist Mike Vissichelli began animal relocation work over 20 years ago in Long Island’s Suffolk County, learning safe and humane trapping techniques assisting his dad's wildlife control business. That exposure served him well, as he added a Wildlife Management degree to his background in the 1990’s. His expertise in animal behavior, life cycles and field identification brought work as a Wildlife Biologist in the wildlife management industry where he later consulted on state and federal government projects. Mike has worked as a Nuisance Wildlife Control Officer in the state of Massachusetts, been a state-licensed trapper in New York and he is now fully licensed and insured to provide such services in New Jersey. Armed with his evidence-based identification techniques, invaluable in his years servicing wildlife complaints, he is thoroughly qualified to address the needs of your home or business. Animal Arrest serves the Central New Jersey area, including: | ![]()

Why You Should Leave Your Animal Control Problem to Animal Arrest Why hire us? Resolving nuisance wildlife problems is not for amateurs. Animal Arrest works within state laws, using techniques that best protect the health and safety of you, your family and pets, while minimizing potential property damage. Direct human confrontations with animals can easily result in bites and scratches that can cause disease and infections. Wildlife presence alone can easily transmit bacteria, fungi, viruses and parasites to you and your loved ones through contact with animals, urine and feces or nesting materials. Disease agents may enter your body through wounds, or through eyes, nose, or mouth. Skin contact with droppings or urine indoors or on yard furniture and children’s play areas can lead to oral ingestion of microorganisms, a common way that raccoon roundworm is spread. Animals may also harbor fleas, ticks, lice and mites that you won't want to contract. Animal Arrest uses safe and humane capturing and handling methods to remove nuisance wildlife from your property so you can avoid potentially dangerous human-wildlife conflicts. So leave your wildlife problems to us – contact AnimalArrest.com today!
